Return Policy: If there is any problem with your order, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
Shipping Policy: We make every effort to ship within 3 business days. Please allow extra time during the busy holiday season.
Special Handling Notes: All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt, unless otherwise requested. If you are requesting 2-Day Air service, please keep in mind that Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays. Due to the delicateness of our chocolates, we will only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday & Thursday to ensure that your chocolates are not left sitting on a truck or in a warehouse over the weekend.
For orders to be shipped to warm weather climates and shipment during the summer months, we will pack your order in gel packs for an additional charge of $2.50. This additional charge will be reflected on your final billing statement.
Sales Tax Policy: We must charge 5% sales tax on all orders within the state of Maine.
Privacy Policy: We do not release the names and information of our customers to any third party.
